In this initial meeting, we’ll take the time to understand your current situation and set meaningful goals together. We’ll use some wellbeing assessment tools to identify your starting point and guide our future conversations. By the end of this session, you’ll have a clear plan and direction tailored to your personal wellbeing goals. 

20 Minutes -  $35
40 Minutes -  $65
These check-ins will be guided by you. As determined in our initial meeting, we will keep sight of your wellbeing goals whilst staying connected.

45 Minute -  $90
This review will look similar to your initial meeting. We will re-do the wellbeing assessments and compare with where you began. We will also decide together if we will continue our services, adjust and/or refer you to other services if necessary.

$85 per Hour

We offer a flat rate for all Aged Care Navigation services.
